SKILLS:              VII Degree Black Belt, certified by the United States Taekwon-Do Federation and the International Taekwon-Do Federation.  International Class A Umpire and National Class A Referee.  Nationally Certified Class A Instructor.  Former USTF Regional and State Director.  Former European Director and Asian Director.  Former National Armed Forces Director.  Current member for the USTF Executive Committee.

Accomplishments:      ITF Instructor of the Year for 1994.  Was one of only 5 instructors selected from the United States.  Announced at the World Championships held in Malaysia in August 1994.

                                    Currently the 9^th ranking Master Instructor in the United States.

                                    Opened the very first ITF style Taekwon-Do in Japan in 1977.                                      

                                    Founded first USTF school in Germany in 1984.

                                    Attended numerous International Instructor Courses taught by the Founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, IX Degree and President of USTF, Grandmaster Charles E. Sereff.
