Mr. Gary Meek II is a 5th Degree Black Belt in the United States Taekwon-Do Federation.  Mr. Meek has been training in Taekwon-Do for nearly his entire life.  All of that time spent under the excellent tutelage of his father, Master Gary Meek.           

Mr. Meek has attended numerous Instructor, Referee, Weapons, and Hul Sin Sul (Self-Defense) courses.  Mr. Meek is a Certified National and International Instructor, National and International competitor, and was a member of the USTF USA Team 2003.

Mr. Meek is also a member of the United States Air Force.  His currently holds the position of a System Administrator at Maxwell AFB’s Air Force War Gaming Institute.  He’s served over 7 years active duty and has been stationed in Omaha, NE and Montgomery, AL.  He’s also spent 4 months deployed to Oman during Operation Enduring Freedom as a member of the Security Forces Squadron.
